  I would have to say tht my experience with the Thomson Law firm was exactly wht I expected from Mr.Thomson himself.After walking into Va.Furniture Market last Sept to go shopping and eventually taking a very bad fall there as well Mr.Thomson took over my case and handled this in a very professional and timely manner.All research was done in a very effiecient way and he made sure tht all medical expenses were taken care as well as everything else.I would have to say tht if there is anyone outthere no matter wht the injury should call this law firm before going anywhere else,they are in a great location here in beautiful Roanoke,Va as well as easy to get to.Heartfelt thanks go out to Mr.Paul Thomson and his staff for helping me with this situation.EXCELLENT JOB WELLDONE And Thank you again, Wayne&Karen Riley

  Beyond my wildest expectations! Mr. Thomson and his staff have changed my opinion of lawyers. I have had negative experiences with lawyers in the past: Not returning calls, never available, unrealistic promises, arrogant attitudes, etc. This certainly was NOT the case here. I was hit by an irresponsible driver and my truck, an older truck that I inherited from my late father, was totaled. Though cited as being responsible for the wreck, the other driver provided a false story to his insurance company. The insurance company, even after obtaining the facts, witness statements, police reports, etc was indifferent to my situation. I was paid a pittance for the truck, and I had to undergo back surgery. I am from North Carolina's coast, so shopping for a lawyer in the Blue Ridge Mtns wasn't easy and luckily a called a lawyer that,in turn, recommended Paul Thomson. I spoke with Mr. Thomson on the phone and then later in person. He agreed to take the case but made no extraordinary promises other than to represent me fairly and do his best to obtain fair compensation for my injuries and loss. I had really hoped just to get enough to fully restore my dad's old truck. They far exceeded my expectations. The phones were always answered, and with the utmost of courtesy. My calls were always returned promptly if Mr. Thomson was unavailable at the time. Paperwork never lingered on desks or inboxes. I was kept informed every step of the entire ordeal. Mr. Thomson, having once worked for insurance companies, was tenacious in dealing with with both mine, the other driver's and my health insurance. Their office operates like a precision watch. Last week Mr. Thomson called to get my opinion on a settlement offer. I was prepared to be disappointed. I certainly wasn't. Yesterday, we picked up my check and I still cannot believe how much more he got for me than what I could ever have dreamed for. The Thomson Law Firm will treat you with respect and dignity as if you were family, make no false promises, and provide consistent, professional representation to obtain the compensation you deserve. I will never forget them nor will I ever be able to thank them enough.
