- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Our real estate agent recommended this firm. We had to contact them about our closing and we were the buyers. They were in contact with the sellers but not us. At the closing after signing the documents we were informed that we could not have the keys to our home. We were told it was our , bank then after leaving and calling are real estate agent and bank we were told the sellers requested that we not be given the keys until after the deed was recorded at the court house. Hours later we were informed we could pick up the key, yes one key. We were to get all the keys and garage door openers, not one key. After 2 trips back over two days they still only produced 2 keys and one garage door opener. We were not first time home buyers and this was by far the WORST closing ever.By a Wilson, November 25, 2016
