Today was no exception; the lady working was helpful and friendly and provided the customer before me with several solutions to her shipping issues and then when it was my turn she was just as amiable! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This branch store of UPS has extremely poor service. The franchise owners charge exorbitant prices for all services and products. They are rude to their customers and treat their own staff poorly as indicated by the high employee turnover rate. The management dysfunction translates into poor service from the hourly employees who are abused and overworked and constantly complaining about the management as ro why they can't do something for you. The answer at this store is always NO! We can't do that. The poor service includes unreliable forwarding service, lost mail and packages and mail incorrectly sorted into the wrong mailbox, failure to notify customers in a timely fashion that mail box charges are due - then they will lock your box for non-payment. They close prematurely without notice. The service is plagued by poor communication at all levels. The service during the holiday periods is even worse. In summary, if you have to mail a parcel, need packing materials, faxes sent or any of the other things most UPS stores routinely perform, you would be better served-at the other UPS stores in the area, FedEx-Kinkos, USPS or PONY EXPRESS!!!By John Gardner, October 29, 2016
