- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I tried to cash my PAYROLL check and was refused because the teller did not "know me personally". Basically she was having a bad day and had to pass it on... Some people in this would cannot handle the overwhelming power that comes along with a bank teller and cannot resist to use that little bit of power to ruin other people's days... I hope it made her feel good that we had to wait 20 extra minutes to cash my check at the next bb&t with no questions asked.. I feel sorry for anyone that is related to this person and ha to deal with her mentality on a regular basis...By A Google User, August 19, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆1 star. I've never heard anything good about this bank. Stopped by to see if they offered notary service, was informed they do... for MEMBERS. Everybody just standing around twiddling their thumbs, yet policy or whatever trumps common sense and customer service. I didn't need a deed or car title stamped, just a basic form. Went to Wells Fargo, had to wait 15 minutes because they are always busy (probably because people actually bank there), super nice.By Kevin Kroll, October 18, 2016
